ORDER : . This application has been filed by the original claimants in the First Appeal No. 267 of 2026, which was filed by the Union of India. It is submitted that the first appeal challenging the
judgment and award dated 09.09.2019 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Beed in L.A.R. No. 45 of 2014 has been dismissed by this Court vide judgment and order dated
18.04.2026.
2. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that after the appeal has been dismissed a difficulty has arisen for 2026:BHC-AUG:38684
2 912 ca 9530.26 withdrawal of amount deposited by the acquiring body. It transpires that the name of the applicant No. 1 - Alkabai Bajirao Aru was shown as Alkabai Bajirao Arune in the appeal memo inadvertently. Similarly name of applicant No. 2 – Sharad Bajirao Aru was shown as Sharad Bajirao Arune in the appeal memo. The applicants have annexed the copies of adhar cards of the applicants, which discloses the surname of both applicants as Aru and not Arune.
3. Considering the difficulty faced by the applicants for withdrawing the amount, leave is granted to correct the surname of the applicants in the title cause of the first appeal as well as civil application. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘B’. The learned counsel for the Union of India shall carry out the amendment in the appeal memo forthwith.
