Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the application of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of two months from today. 4. In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the respondent No.2 & 3, the writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent No.2- Chief Executive Officer, New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
