No.8902 of 2026 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the delay of 803 days in representing the present appeal was occasioned solely due to the time consumed in obtaining the corrected decree copy from the lower appellate Court. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent raised a strong objection, contending that the petitioners have failed to satisfactorily explain the reasons for the delay. 4. Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 803 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the first respondent within one week from today. On production of receipt of such payment, the Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 28.07.2026. 14.07.2026 LS 2/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP(MD).
