The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s): “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the Petition, set aside the order dated 29.09.2018 passed by the learned 1st Additional Session Judge, Korba, Distt. Korba (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. 39/2018 and order dated 12.07.2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba, Distt. Korba (C.G.) in Criminal Case No. 1757/2015 by which the charges has been framed against the petitioner may kindly be quashed and petitioner may kindly be discharge from the charges under section 420, 467, 468, 474/34 of IPC, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the trial has been concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges. 4.
