The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and thereby he seeks to relax the condition. 3. The learned Counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is right to claim that he has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without fail. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without fail, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to report before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
