The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the fifth respondent by way of paper publication in local Tamil Newspaper. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and also perused the records. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the fifth respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Madurai Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 11.08.2026.
