This Court vide order dated 28.08.2025 in Crl.MP(MD) No. 7198/2026 in Crl.RC(MD) No. 600/2026, suspended the sentence imposed upon the petitioner on conditions. As per the conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court on all working days regularly. Seeking to relax the condition, this petition is filed. 3.
