Gurusamy, petitioner/ 3rd Party, seeking leave to file the present Review Application against the order dated 02.02.2026 passed by this Court in WP. (MD).No.2369 of 2026. 2. The grievance of the petitioner/review applicant is that the petitioner, namely, Mrs. S. Jeyamani, filed a writ petition in W.P. (MD).No.2369 of 2026, seeking a direction to the third respondent therein to issue a ‘Anubandham Patta’ in her favour. 3. According to the petitioner / review applicant, she is an affected party in respect of the subject property, however, she was not impleaded as a party in W.P. (MD).No.2369 of 2026. 4. It is seen from the order passed in said writ petition that this Court had merely directed the third respondent to consider the fresh application submitted by the writ petitioner/Mrs. S. However, it is made clear that the petitioner/review applicant is always at liberty to approach the competent authority in the manner known to law. 7. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the Review Application in REV. APLW (MD) SR.
