No.6029 of 2026 ORDER This petition is filed to condone the delay of 398 days in filing the above second appeal 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to lack of communication, the appeal could not be filed within the prescribed time. 3.In view thereof, this Court gives one more opportunity to the petitioners, as there is no wilful negligence on her side. Accordingly this Court is inclined to allow the said application on payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/-. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondent within two weeks from today.
