ORDER This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9538 of 2026 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.811 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition for a period of two months. Hence, he sought the indulgence of this Court. 3. Considering the request of the petitioner, condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate(FTC), Uthamapalayam once in a month i.e, on 1st working day of every English calendar month. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
