The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; (a) Call for records in M.V.C 95/2023 pending on the file of IV Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Doddaballapura in (Annexure-A); (b) Set aside the impugned order dated 12.06.2025 passed by the IV Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Doddaballapura in M.V.C. 95/2023 (Annexure-A) and consequently dismiss the I.A.No.1 filed by the Respondent No.1 before the IV Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Doddaballapura in M.V.C.95/2023 (Annexure-C), in the interest of justice and equity. (c) Declare, hold and adjudge that M.V.C.95/2023 pending on the file of IV Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Doddaballapura is not maintainable and consequently dismiss the M.V.C. 95/2023 pending on the file of IV Addl. A memo dated 12.01.2026 has been filed, signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: “MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The Petitioner most humbly submits as under: The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to set aside the impugned Order dated 12/06/2025 passed by the IV Addl District and Sessions Judge, Doddaballapur in MVC No.95/2023 and for such other reliefs. It is submitted that a joint memo of compromise was filed between the Respondents No.1 and 4 before the Trial Court on 13/12/2025 and the Hon'ble Trial Court has accepted the same. Hence, the above Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. The Petitioner most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit him to withdraw the above Writ Petition and DISPOSE OFF the above matter as WITHDRAWN, in the interest of justice and equity.” 3.
