However on the request made by various investigation agency, in total 59, the third respondent has frozen the petitioner’s bank account and he is not permitted to operate the account. 3. On instruction, the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that as per the instructions from all the 59 investigation agencies, the disputed amount is Rs.93,715/-. 4. Though notice was served on respondents 4, 9, 10 & 11, no one on behalf of them appeared before this Court today either in person or through pleader. 5. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to mark lien over the petitioner’s bank account bearing No.201035061439 to the tune of Rs.94,000/- and to permit him to operate the said account for the remaining amount. It is also made clear that if any further request is made by any investigation officer, the third respondent is directed to act in accordance with law.
