Balachandran For Respondents : Ms. Inthu Karunakaran, Government’s Counsel for 1 to 5 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner’s online application dated 13.01.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 13.01.2024 to survey and measure the property and lay survey stones in Survey No.235/7A vide patta No.1510 at Puthupatti Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and submitted that the petitioner’s application dated 13.01.2024 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 & 4 to consider the petitioner's online application dated 13.01.2024 and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 8 to 10 and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondents 3 & 4 to request for police protection before jurisdictional police. If any such request is made, the jurisdictional police is directed to provide an adequate police protection for conducting the survey. 6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land.
