Heard the parties. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though there is an order passed by the Additional Collector, Dhanbad yet neither the rent is being accepted nor the rent receipts are issued in favour of the petitioner. To ventilate the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ application. 3. Considering the fact that the order is already in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner should approach the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad if he has any grievance against the working style of the Revenue Authorities within the district of Dhanbad for which I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4. If the petitioner files an appropriate application, annexing all the documents, it is expected that the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad will pass an appropriate order and give necessary directions to the respondents. 6.
