Side) ORDER This Criminal Original Petition seeks to quash Crime No.97 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent Police for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4) of BNS, 66C, 66(D) of IT Act, 2008, on the ground of compromise between the parties. The parties are present before the court and, on examination, stand by their compromise and do not want the case to proceed further. 2. The background facts in which the case arises is that the de facto complainant is the employer of the accused. The accused being the employees, they fictitiously made the employer to disburse certain loans and they also did not give exact accounts of the collections that are made on the field. 3. It is now submitted that the parties have ironed out the differences and part amount has been paid and, part amount is already deposited before the Trial Court. In view thereof, considering the nature of the case, this is a fit case for excise of power to quash the case on compromise. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

At this juncture, the learned counsel also bring to the notice of the Court that the compromise of the parties will also include that the amount deposited before the Trial Court by the accused persons, being a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- has to be paid out to the de facto complainant along with accrued interest, if any. 5. In view thereof, the Criminal Original Petition 18136 of 2026 stands allowed. The Crime No.97 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent Police stands quashed. The learned judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee shall order payment out of the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- deposited in Crime No.97 of 2025 along with accrued interest, if any, to the de facto complainant namely, 63Ideas Infolabs Private Limited (Ninjacart). 14-07-2026 Neutral Citation: No KKN https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
