The appeal and the application are disposed of upon modifying the order of the learned Trial Judge dated November 11, 2025 with a direction upon the SPIO, Higher Education Department to answer the query Nos.B and C made by the appellant under the Right to Information Act vide application dated July 22, 2024. If the information sought for and the query nos.B and C cannot be supplied, then reasons disclosing the inability of the SPIO, Higher Education Department to not supply such informations shall be indicated by a separate order. However, if the appellant is aggrieved by such communication, in that event, the appellant 2 will move the first appellate authority and consequently the second appellate authority. 4. This order does not revive the issues which have been decided by the information commission earlier. 5. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of. 6.
