The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- (i) "Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 26.05.2025 copy of which is produced at Annexure-A and to implement the resolution No.4-2025-26 dated 25.04.2025 passed by the Social Justice Committee of the respondent copy of which is produced at Annexure-B. (ii) Any other writs or directions to meet the ends of justice." 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the resolution passed by the Social Justice Committee has not been implemented by the Panchayat. The representation dated 26.05.2025 which had been submitted by the petitioner in Resolution No.4-2025-2026 dated 25.04.2025 has also not been considered. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the said representation would be considered and necessary action will be taken within a period of four weeks from today. 4. His submission answers the grievance of the petitioner. Hence the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025 at Annexure-A within a period of four weeks from today i.e. on or before 27.02.2026.
