Heard Sri. N. Appa Rao, learned counsel representing Mrs. A.V.S. Laxmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment. 3. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the request made by the petitioner for granting Acs.0.50 cents in T.S.No.14/1 situated in Ongole Municipal Corporation for the purpose of establishment of hotel under SC/ST Special Component plan was already rejected by the 4th respondent pending the present petition vide endorsement bearing Rc.A/492/2018, dated 28.06.2018. 4 VS,J W.P.No.21608 of 2018 4. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to challenge the endorsement dated 28.06.2018 issued by the 4th respondent. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the endorsement of the 4th respondent issued vide Rc.A/492/2018, dated 28.06.2018. No costs.
