He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and produced the victim’s statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, which contains serious allegations of sexual assault. He further submitted that the petitioner is approximately thirty-nine years old and the victim is approximately seventeen years old. He further contended that the victim was pregnant. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) and a perusal of the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, which clearly demonstrates serious allegations of forcible penetrative sexual assault against the petitioner. Accordingly, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner has no merit and is not entitled for bail.
