The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to forthwith consider the representation dated 11- 08-2025 and 13.08.2025 submitted by the Petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5364 WP No. 26729 of 2025 against the illegal construction being carried out on the property bearing Municipal No site no. 83, Bradshaw street, 1st cross, Shivajinagar, Bangalore - 560001 vide Annx-A Serie. (b) Direct the Respondents to demolish the illegal construction carried on in the schedule property as per the representation dated at annexure 'A1 to A4 dated 11/8/23. (c) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
