Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 07.01.2026 to issue patta on his favour in respect of the property comprised in survey Nos.300, 301, 302 and 303 and its sub divisions, situate at Krishnapuram village, Dharmapuri Taluk and district. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner's application has already been considered and an order was passed on 19.05.2026. Hence, no further order is required in this writ petition. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Since the fourth respondent has passed an order on the petitioner's application, the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the said order dated 19.05.2026 in accordance with the law.
