The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant with hand and abused him in filthy language. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, submitted that the petitioner has three previous cases and he is a history sheeter. Side) appearing for the respondent police, it is clear that the petitioner has three previous cases and he is a history sheeter. If the petitioner is enlarged on anticipatory bail, it may embolden him to indulge in further offences. Hence, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. 6.
