The case of the petitioner is that she submitted a representation dated 29.01.2026 to the respondent to survey the metes and bounds and to grant a patta in her favour for the property measuring an extent of 1,200 sq. ft., comprised in Survey Nos. 809/2 and 813 (Part), bearing Plot No. D69 (Bus and Truck Terminal Complex), Madhavaram Village, Madhavaram Taluk. However, the same has not been considered till date. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the respondents vide order dated 27.06.2026. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the survey number of the subject property has been wrongly mentioned in the rejection order passed by the respondent. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 29.01.2026 afresh and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting an enquiry and affording an opportunity of a personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
