Heard Mr. Gaurav, learned counsel for the appellant and learned Spl. P.P. 2. This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning the delay of 40 days in filing the appeal. 3. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the delay of 40 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. 4. I.A. No.850 of 2026 stands disposed of. Cr. Appeal (DB) No.134 of 2026 5. This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Khunti in B.P. No.223 of 2025 arising out of Karra P.S. Case No.84 of 2024, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 6. It has been alleged that near Karra Chowk some banners were hanged near a Tamarind tree calling for boycott of the elections. On verification, it was come to light that it was the extremists who were involved in such incident. 7. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is not named in the First 2026:JHHC:6219-DB Information Report and has been implicated on the confessional statement of a co-accused. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 22.05.2025. 8. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 9. Regard being had to the allegation as well as the manner of implication of the appellant, we while setting aside the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Khunti in B.P. No.223 of 2025 arising out of Karra P.S. Case No.84 of 2024, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
