Cr.M.P No. 400 of 2026 By way of this application, applicant has prayed for preponment of the application for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition. In view of the averments made in the application and the fact that the applicant/petitioner has been arrested by the Police on 27.01.2026, the application is allowed and the application for condonation of delay along-with revision petition is taken on board. Application is accordingly disposed of. Cr.M.P.M No. 2692 of 2025 Notice. Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.2. Issue notice to respondent No.1, returnable for 03.02.2026, on taking steps within two days. Dasti notice is permitted. List on 03.02.2026.
