Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That the impugned order dated 25.6.2016 (Annexure P-9) may kindly quashed and set aside, being illegal and arbitrary. ii) That the impugned order dated 27.8.2019 (Annexure P-10), may kindly be quashed and set aside being wrong and illegal. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:12704 iii) That the Hon’ble court may kindly direct the respondents to grant the appointment from 18.9.2015, instead of 26.6.2016. iv) That he Hon’ble Court kindly direct the respondents to grant regularization of service of petitioner w.e.f. 1.10.2018, instead of 1.10.2019. v) That the respondents be directed to release all consequential benefits and pay fixation, seniority to the petitioner in accordance with law.” 2. On a query put to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as to why the petitioner approached this Court against Annexure P-9 and Annexure P-10 belatedly, she apprises the Court that because the appointment of the petitioner has been made subject to a litigation which was filed by one Sh. Madan Lal, therefore, the petitioner was awaiting the outcome of the said petition. The Court further stands informs that the said case is still pending before the Court. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to withdraw the petition, with liberty that after the adjudication of the other case pending in which the appointment of the petitioner herein is under challenge, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Authority/Court qua the reliefs prayed in the present petition.
