ORDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur, in Crl.MP.No.572 of 2026 vide order dated 29.06.2026.
2. While granting bail to the petitioners, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur, imposed a condition directing them to appear and sign before the respondent/police twice daily, at 10.30 AM and 5.30 PM.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a differently-abled person and the second petitioner is pregnant. She further submitted that since both the petitioners reside in the Namakkal District, they are finding it extremely difficult to travel and comply with the daily condition.
4. The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/police submitted that the investigation https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the physical hardship pleaded on behalf of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed in paragraph 7(iii) of the order dated 29.06.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.572 of 2026, stands modified as follows: The petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent/police once a week, on every Monday at 10.30 AM, for a period of four (4) weeks, and thereafter, the condition shall stand relaxed. All other conditions imposed by the Court below, shall remain unaltered.
