The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1873 of 2026 ORDER: The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the Execution Court to dispose of E.P.No.106 of 2018 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur. 2. The Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Periyammal (Dead through Lrs.) vs V. Rajamani and another1 apprised the High Courts of its decision to direct the Execution Courts to ensure for expeditious disposal of the pending execution petitions. 3. In view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, without issuing notice, at the admission stage, directing the Executing Court to dispose of the execution petition at the earliest period not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
