2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor & counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in the present matter, a cross-FIR has been lodged by the petitioner side against the complainant side. It is contended that the case arises out of a street fight between both parties. It is further submitted that the parties have settled their dispute through a compromise and do not wish to pursue the matter any further. In support of this contention, affidavit of Mevaram (complainant),
[2026:RJ-JP:14869] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-4797/2026] injured Vijendra and Jagvir has been placed on record. No custodial interrogation is required and petitioner is ready to join and co-operate with the investigation. Hence, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner may be allowed.
4.
Learned counsel for the complainant accedes to the compromise between the parties and raises no objection to the anticipatory bail application of the appellant being allowed.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the fact that the compromise has been arrived between the parties and petitioner is ready and willing to co- operate with the investigation of the case but without commenting anything on the merits/demerits of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow the bail application of the petitioner.
