1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage he is not pressing this writ petition on merit and only seeking permission of this Court to submit fresh representation before Respondent No. 2 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame.

Learned counsel for State does not oppose the limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioner.

On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is dispose of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before Respondent No. 2 raising his grievance and in the event petitioner submits such a representation, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation.
