Learned Senior Panel Counsel for first respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed, while learned counsel for petitioner would submit that it is only at the stage of FIR. 3. In view thereof, it is open to petitioner to submit his response to the notice dated 26.05.2026.
If any such response is filed, first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, keeping in view the stage of criminal proceedings, in accordance with GSR No.570 (E) dated 25.08.1993 and the judgment of the Full Bench of the Madurai Bench of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.26547 of 2025 dated 09.02.2026, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case. 5. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
