HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:3905 CP No. 314 of 2025
The marriage between the parties was solemnized on
24.02.2023.
3. It is further stated that the evidence in the petition for restitution of conjugal has been recorded and the matter is now posted for cross-examination of PW.1. Since both parties have filed two separate proceedings-one for restitution of conjugal rights and the other for divorce. It is appropriate that both matters be decided together to avoid conflicting decisions. Therefore, this Court finds reasonable to transfer MC No.1596/2024 from the Court of the II Additional Principal Family Judge, Bengaluru, to the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Turuvekere, to try along with MC No.84/2024 and dispose both the matters at a time.
