JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs; " a) Please to direct the Respondents to settle the Pending Outstanding Amount, of Rs.6,19,740/- (Six Lakhs Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Forty) as of 31/10/2000, terminal benefits immediately without any further delay by issuing a direction in the form of a writ of quo warranto and mandamus or any other appropriate writ be issued with all consequential benefits including consequential benefits. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21328 WP No. 25335 of 2023 b) And further direct the Respondents for pay the interest of 17% to petitioner from the date of 31/10/2000 till realization along with all consequential benefits including cost. c) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit on the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and perused the materials on record. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have filed their statement of objections and contested the petition. 4. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit fresh/new representation ventilating his grievances to the respondents. The respondents, who may be directed to consider the same and take appropriate decisions/pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 5. Submission is placed on record. 6. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions and in the light of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21328 WP No. 25335 of 2023 the submission made by on behalf of the petitioner as stated supra, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation along with relevant documents to the respondents. If such a representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from today, the respondent shall address the grievances of the petitioner and take appropriate decisions/pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of submission of the said representation and communicate the same to the petitioner. 7.
