Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Rambha P.S. Case No.815 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2468 of 2024 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote on the grounds stated. 3. A copy of the order dated 5th January, 2026 in ABLAPL No.15030 of 2025 is produced by Mr. Jalli, learned counsel for the petitioners and submits that three other accused persons have been granted pre-arrest bail. The Court perused the orders in ABLAPLs at Flag-B2, B3 and B4. The petitioners appear to be similarly situated like others. Considering the submissions of Mr. Jalli, learned counsel for the petitioners and State, the Court is inclined to extend the same relief to the petitioners. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners in the event of any arrest shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper with a further condition imposed including them to co-operate in the investigation till the same is concluded. 6.
