But Rihan is not named in the FIR showing his presence at the time of incident. It is informed by the IO that the injured got discharged from the hospital on 15.10.2024, i.e., after three days of the alleged incident. 4. Considering the above circumstances, the application is allowed and accused/applicant is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
