5. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions and perused the materials available on record. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case; taking note of the submission made on either sides, the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner, who is in the capacity of Customer Relationship Manager, cheated the defacto complainant company to the tune of Rs.44 lakhs. Though there is serious allegation against this petitioner, he has been incarcerated since
18.06.2026. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner since 18.06.2026, this Court is of the firm view that further custody of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, subject to certain conditions. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode, Erode District and on further conditions that: [a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the Application for Surety ship [Judicial Form No.46 annexed to 'The Criminal Rules of Practice, 2019'].
