According to the petitioner, pleadings are complete in I.A.No.7 of 2021 in O.S.No.543 of 2019 and the same is kept pending for almost five years. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.7 of 2021 in O.S.No.543 of 2019, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.
