The petitioner’s son is an accused in C.C.No.211 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram I for the offences under Sections 85, 316(2), 82(1), 82(2), 351(1), 3(5) of BNS in Crime No. 03 of 2025. Petitioner’s son is in abroad namely Australia. Till today, petitioner’s son has not visited India. For want of his presence, first respondent issued look out circular as against the petitioner’s son and it is pending. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl. No. 1610 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner’s son is ready and willing to attend the trial Court. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, petitioner’s son shall appear before the trial Court. The respondents are directed to keep the Look Out Circular on abeyance on condition that the petitioner’s son shall appear before the trial Court on or before the 07.08.2026 and further he shall surrender his passport before the trial Court. 5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Further, it is also made clear that the petitioner shall not ask for return of passport from the trial Court.
