R.Rajarajan For Contemnor(s): M/S.A.Swaminathan For R1 M/S.A.Deivasigamani For R2 ****** ORDER This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.06.2025 in W.P.No. 17691 of 2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondents. 3.The learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that they have already passed the order as per the direction of this Court, on 05.11.2025. Since time has lapsed, they would submit that the amount of Rs.5,45,869/- would be paid on 11 instalments commencing from 22.07.2026 to 22.05.2027. In this regard, they have also filed a counter statement. 4.This Court does not want to go into the averments made in the counter statement. However, while looking into the order dated 05.11.2025. it appears that the respondent has considered the representation and passed orders. In such view of the position, this Contempt Petition is closed.
