The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 273 of 2020. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was murdered by the accused persons. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and several of the co- accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B. A. Nos. 5725 of 2021, 15497 of 2021, 5547 of 2024. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S.
