For Petitioner(s): Mr.M.Vijaya Ragavan For Respondent(s): Notice dispensed with ORDER This civil revision petition has been filed, seeking for early disposal of the suit O.S. No.394 of 2016, pending on the file of the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore. 2. The petitioner is the eleventh plaintiff in the suit and the respondents are the other plaintiffs and defendants. The suit has been filed for partition and for separate possession. Pleadings are completed in the suit and the issues have also been framed by the trial court. Since the suit is of the year 2016, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit. 3. Most of the parties to the suit are senior citizens. 4. Accordingly, this Court directs the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit O.S. No.394 of 2016 after conducting trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No Costs. 6. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.
