P.B.BALAJI.,J sr purchaser as third respondent in the present revision. However, learned counsel for the decree holders invites my attention to the order dated 11.06.2026, where this Court stayed the decree passed in C.O.S.No.9 of 2022 till 14.07.2026. Mr.Arun Anbumani,
learned counsel seeks necessary clarification to be issued since what could have been stayed was only the order passed in I.A.No.10 of 2026 and not the decree in the suit itself.
3. The contention of Mr.Arun Anbumani appears to be fair and reasonable. This Court is concerned only with the order passed in I.A.No.10 of 2026 against which the present revision has been filed. Therefore, it is clarified that the interim stay shall be limited to the order passed in I.A.No.10 of 2026 in COS No.9 of 2022 dated 16.03.2026.
4. Accordingly CMP No.13963 of 2026 is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
5. Post the revision “For Orders” on 29.07.2026.
6. The interim order, as clarified herein, is staying the proceedings in I.A.No.10 of 2026 shall continue till 29.07.2026. 15.07.2026 1/2 sr CMP No. 13963 of 2026 in CRP No. 2990 of 2026 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
