The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2026. However, he is not in a position to produce sureties for a sum of Rs.25,000 (Rupees twenty five Thousand only). He further submits that he would be able to produce blood related sureties. Hence, he prays to modify the condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP. No.5686 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000 (Rupees twenty five Thousand only) each” is modified to the effect that ““the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten Thousand only) with two sureties (out of which one should be a blood surety)”.
