The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) strongly opposed the petition on the ground that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for two days ie. on 07.07.2026 and 08.07.2026. Hence, she prays to dismiss the petition. 4. Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for two days, it is not appropriate to consider the petition at this stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
