No. 167 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, for the alleged offences under Sections 126(2), 191(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989(the Act). 2. In view thereof, the petitioners have prayed that their bail application be considered on the same day. Considering the provisions of the Act, the allegations and factual background, I am of the view that the prayer can be considered.
