The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the medical emergency, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13906 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.
