Their grievance is that they have been denied the revised emoluments payable to the employees serving on contractual basis, on the ground that they are serving on the basis of the Court orders. 2. Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that this issue is no more res integra and it stands settled by the Court in CWP No.19484 of 2025, titled Shiv Dutt Sharma and others Versus Union of India and others, alongwith connected matters, decided on 26.02.2026. 3.
