The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.12926 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner to report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Salem on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders” is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner to report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Salem on alternative days at 10.30 a.m until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
