GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES The Court made the following order: The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner’s F.P.Shop No.0824033, Kothapeta village, Vetapalem Mandal, Bapatla District, pursuant to the show cause notice, dated 08.03.2026 (Ex.P1), without passing any orders, as illegal and arbitrary. Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri Vineeth Appasani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, for the respondents, submitted that respondent No.3 passed an order vide Ldis H/180/2026, dated 23.03.2026, cancelling the petitioner’s authorisation. 3. A copy of the proceedings is placed before the Court. As seen from the proceedings, pursuant to the show cause notice dated 08.03.2026, respondent No.3 passed an order on 23.03.2026 cancelling the petitioner’s authorisation. Since the writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in not releasing the essential commodities, the relief sought cannot be granted to the petitioner. 4. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from challenging the order passed by respondent No.3 vide Ldis H/180/2026, dated 23.03.2026, before the appropriate forum. No costs.
