Pachaiyappan Government Counsel ORDER The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 05.06.2026. 2. The case of the petitioner is that she submitted a representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents dated 05.06.2026 requesting to survey, measure, demarcate and fix the boundaries of the petitioner’s property at Plot No.58B, Andavar Nagar, 5th Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600024, comprised in T.S.No.7/556, Block No.9, Puliyur Village, Egmore Taluk, Chennai District. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2026, seeking a survey of the subject property and the fixing of boundary stones. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing prior notice to the petitioner, the adjacent landowners, and any other interested parties. 5.
